To strengthen our Front Office team, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and responsible Night Porter (m/f/d) who, with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensures smooth overnight operations as well as the safety and well-being of our guests.

Your Tasks

- Warmly welcoming and looking after our guests during late service
- Managing the night telephone service, including being on call to assist with guest concerns
- Room service for our guests on request
- Correspondence of emails and guest messages
- Complaints management
- Maintenance of the guest files in ASA-J
- Preparation and updating of all administrative work
- Transmission of the most important information to the morning service

Your Profile

- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
- ASA-J knowledge and ReGuest knowledge an advantage
- Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
- Enthusiasm for the job
- Good communication skills
- High guest orientation
- Reliability and flexibility
- Well-groomed and confident appearance




- You are used to working at night and solving problems independently
