Darshan Gowda is not a communication consultant who coaches from the sidelines. He is a practitioner who has spent over a decade on India's most competitive public speaking stages — and built MIC to pass on precisely what those stages demanded of him. His record speaks with rare clarity: more than 20 national titles across Hindi, Gujarati, English, and Kannada circuits. Over 100 national-level championships competed. A coaching legacy of 25+ students who went on to win national titles of their own — going on to become political leaders, government officers, corporate executives, and social change makers.
Several of his students have addressed the National Youth Parliament in Delhi, spoken before state assemblies in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, and had the rare honour of speaking in the presence of the Prime Minister and senior Cabinet Ministers of India.
As an ISB-certified Product Manager working full-time in corporate, Darshan approaches communication as a craft with measurable, improvable components — not a talent you either have or don't. This precision is the foundation of MIC's proprietary assessment methodology.
His Karnataka roots and Gujarat upbringing gave him fluency in four languages and an instinctive understanding of how communication shifts across culture and context — intelligence baked into every session at MIC.

Before You Decide Questions we hear before every first session. Both. Most of our students work with us online via video sessions — which means you can be coached by Darshan from anywhere in India. In-person sessions are available in Ahmedabad. The methodology and results are identical either way.
A YouTube course teaches the same thing to everyone. A group workshop divides attention across twenty people. At MIC, every session is designed around one person — you. Your specific fears, your specific gaps, your specific goal. The assessment we run before we start means your coach already knows exactly what to work on before session one begins. That is not possible in any group format.
Most students see a visible, measurable shift within 4–6 sessions. Some goals — a competition win, a specific political speech, an interview — can be achieved faster. Longer-term transformation (executive presence, sustained confidence) is typically a 3–6 month engagement. After your assessment, your coach will give you a realistic, honest timeline before you commit to anything.
Darshan personally coaches in Hindi, Gujarati, English, and Kannada. For Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, and other regional languages, we have specialist coaches in our network.
