Key Responsibilities

- Medical Events & Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing technical materials for scientific meetings, digital webinars, advisory boards, and cross‑functional alignments.
- Cross-Functional Department Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Information, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure clinical and strategic alignment.
- Medical Review & Literature Research: Conduct scientific literature research, assist with medical consultancies,

- Clinical Trial Status Tracking: Help track and update localized clinical‑trial status metrics.
- Cross-Functional Project Support: Participate in international conference calls and support pipeline projects across functions.
- Teamwork & Integration: Demonstrate accuracy, strong organizational skills, and passion for reviewing medical text within a multidisciplinary network.

Qualifications & Profile Requirements

- Required Academic & Language Criteria:
- Educational Foundation: Master’s degree in Biotechnology or a related natural life‑sciences field.
- Linguistic Mastery: Fluent in written and spoken English (B2+/C1 or higher) with professional proficiency in Italian.

- Technical & Soft Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for generating metrics dashboards and slide decks.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational habits, and a methodical approach to complex scientific texts.
- Passion for analysing peer‑reviewed scientific literature and clinical manuals.
