Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the technical team and ensure the efficiency of all systems and the overall property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and fire prevention systems
- Liaise with external suppliers for specialized maintenance work
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Plan and update maintenance schedules
- Respond promptly to breakdowns or emergency situations
- Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency solutions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in large hotels
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of maintenance management software




- Availability for on-call duty and flexible working hours
- Professional proficiency in English
