We are currently looking for a Junior HR Talent, Learning & Development Specialist to join our Talent, Learning and Development function in the HR team based in Milan. This role is focused on all talent, learning & development related activities & projects.
Update and manage the Learning Catalogue including the management of the classes/training sessions Support the scouting and development of new training and development opportunities/offers Manage the needs analysis & LMs inputs collection in alignment with company policies Collaborate in the management of the funded learning opportunities (formazione finanziata) with the external consultants Manage the organization of the company talent program including the external providers Belonging to categorie protette L.
High school qualification, bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent qualification; a master in HR Management & Organization is a plus At least 1 year of working experience in this role and/or in similar roles in the HR department with the motivation to grow as a specialist in the Talent, Learning & Development field. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills English fluency, both in speaking and writing Entry level Full-time
