Job Purpose Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of B2C digital channel initiatives by coordinating business, IT, digital teams, and external partners, translating business objectives into structured delivery plans, and ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, budget, technical solutions, governance, and quality standards.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of B2C digital channel initiatives, from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, and post-release stabilization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Digital, Business, and external vendors to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality execution.
- Translate business requirements and priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and technical workstreams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget tracking, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when required.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions across multiple B2C digital channels.
- Monitor delivery progress, KPIs, quality standards, and release readiness, ensuring transparency towards stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, technology partners, and delivery teams, ensuring accountability on commitments and deliverables.
- Support governance processes, ensuring compliance with company standards related to security, architecture, procurement, and delivery methodology.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, reporting, and ways of working.

Qualifications

- Solid experience in project management, delivery management and digital/technology delivery roles, as Scrum Master is a must have.
- Advanced expertise in Jira, including:
- Creation and administration of Jira projects.
- Configuration of boards, issue types, screens, fields,



and permissions.
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs through Jira dashboards and reporting.
- Administration of project settings and support for Jira governance.
- Advanced expertise in Confluence, including:
- Creation and management of Confluence spaces, pages, and templates.
- Documentation management and knowledge sharing.
- Integration of Confluence with Jira for project documentation and traceability.
- Experience in complex organizations with strong digital ecosystems, such as travel, e-commerce, telecommunications, utilities, banking, retail or consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Professional working proficiency in Italian and English.
- Solid understanding of digital technologies, delivery processes, and project management tools, including MS Office, collaboration tools, and the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage business, technical, and senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum are considered a plus.

Contract

- Type of contract: Permanent
- Hybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely
- Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti agli uffici ed ai terminals delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra
- Gross annual salary (RAL): between €50.000 – €57.000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments
- Meal vouchers: worth €8 per on-site working day
