Intern – Police Liaison Unit – Data Analysis Support Location: Hybrid / Home.
Grade: SC3.
Salary: £25,948.00 per annum.
Contract: Temporary.
Hours: 37 per week.Overview An exciting opportunity for a graduate level internship within the Police Liaison Unit to support policing in Wales in collaboration with UK and Welsh governments. The 12‑month role works on key priority areas such as tackling violence against women and girls and advancing an anti‑racist Wales, informing decision‑makers with actionable data.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Analyst/Policy Officer on priority projects and policy initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards that measure progress against key objectives.
- Extract, cleanse and present data for inclusion in performance dashboards.
- Provide data and supporting reports to the wider team and external partners.
Qualifications
- IT literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to undergo MC/SC vetting.
