We are looking for a Site Manager_near Mestre The candidate lead operations at our Piacenza site, with full responsibility for performance, people, safety and customer relationship.

Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities

- Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s)




- Manage the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement
- Manage and develop large operational teams (60 - 80 employees) Build and maintain strong relationships with the Customer Monitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy
- Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance. Master`s degree in Engineering/Economic
- Solid experience in logistics / supply chain, preferably in industrial environments Several experience in a direct management team
- English fluent
- Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma);
