We are looking for an experienced ICT & OT Manager to lead the development, security and continuous improvement of our IT and Operational Technology infrastructure.

In this role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, ensure the reliability and cybersecurity of our systems, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that support our business growth and operational excellence

Mission role:

- Ensure the efficient use of the Company's IT infrastructure, systems and technology resources by designing and implementing, in collaboration with other IT functions, innovative digital solutions that support the business and enhance overall organizational performance.
- Identify, evaluate and select the most appropriate hardware, software and IT service providers to effectively support the Company's business processes.
- Manage the Company's cybersecurity framework by defining the relevant IT Security Policy and implementing the most appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and security standards.
- Lead and coordinate the special projects assigned to the IT function, ensuring their successful delivery in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the effective and efficient use of the Company's IT infrastructure, systems and technology resources by identifying and implementing innovative digital solutions that support business objectives and improve overall organizational performance.
- Contribute to the development, optimization and continuous improvement of the Company's IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring the efficient use of available resources.
- Evaluate, select and manage hardware, software and IT service providers, ensuring that proposed solutions effectively support business processes and operational requirements.
- Define, implement and maintain the Company's Cybersecurity Policy, ensuring the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational security measures and compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
- Lead and coordinate IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule and budget.




- Continuously monitor technology trends and market developments to identify new opportunities, emerging technologies and alternative technical solutions that can generate value for the business.
- Propose and implement hardware and software solutions aligned with business needs, agreed investment plans and project timelines, in coordination with the IT Leader and Executive Management.
- Build strong relationships with business functions and Group companies to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Ensure the timely delivery, quality and effectiveness of IT services and assigned projects while monitoring system performance, infrastructure capacity, data security and service reliability.
- Prepare and present budgets for IT projects and strategic initiatives, monitoring project costs, expenditures and variances throughout execution.
- Provide technical leadership within the IT function by sharing specialist knowledge, promoting best practices and supporting the professional development of team members.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization by delivering training and guidance on the correct use of Company devices, IT policies, cybersecurity procedures and information security best practices.
- Regularly report to the IT Leader on activities, project progress, infrastructure performance and cybersecurity matters, recommending improvement actions and preventive measures where appropriate.
- Support the Sales, Operations and Service departments by providing specialist IT expertise during bid preparation, project execution and customer support activities.
- Where required, deliver IT-related project activities and field service interventions requiring specialist ICT and OT expertise.




- Manage the Company's fixed and mobile telephony infrastructure and related services.
- Ensure the reliability, availability and operational efficiency of the entire IT infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize business disruption.
- Provide technical support to internal users and external customers, ensuring the timely resolution of IT-related issues and maintaining high levels of service quality.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline. Alternatively, a technical diploma supported by at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the IT field.
- A professional certification in Ethical Hacking (e.g. CEH or equivalent) is considered a strong advantage.

Technical Knowledge

Operating Systems

- Microsoft Windows environments (Windows Server, Windows Desktop).
- Linux distributions, including Red Hat, Fedora, Debian and Ubuntu.

Databases

- MySQL.
- Microsoft SQL Server.

Applications & Infrastructure

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including VBA.
- Experience in configuring and administering Postfix, SquirrelMail, Apache and Squid .

Programming Languages

- SQL.
- PHP.
- Visual Basic / VB.NET.
- C#.
- Ability to develop structured software solutions and scripts.

Networking

- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SMB and related technologies).
- Knowledge of routing protocols (RIP, IGRP, EIGRP).
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers and firewalls.
- Experience with networking solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Zyxel and Allied Telesis is considered an advantage.

Languages

- Excellent written and spoken English.

Travel

- Willingness to travel occasionally in Italy and abroad, when required.

Salary range: €50,000–€60,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
