Set within this stunning Baroque building, Coogi’s offers a true atmospheric experience perfect for any occasion. Vaulted chambers and historic architecture create an enchanting backdrop, while the walls, adorned with contemporary art, add a modern zest to the 17th-century grandeur.

Guests can dine in the lush central courtyard, surrounded by greenery and shade, or enjoy the refined beauty of vaulted chambers, where nature and history harmoniously meet pondering a varied menu that caters to all tastes, including excellent vegan selections.

Starters are beautifully focused and curated. The Burrata e Parma with cherry tomatoes and basil bursts with freshness, while a velvety pumpkin and coconut soup offers an aromatic intro. Pizza here is an art form — diners can select a variety of flours including rice, almond, or wholemeal, each adding texture, crunch, and lightness to perfectly complement the supporting flavours on top.

Lovers of pasta are spoiled for choice, from rich Norwegian Salmon to aromatic Maltese sausage, but then don’t miss the homemade ravioli with Brasato beef and a hint of cinnamon. Mixed platters of cheeses, meats and complimenting garnishes create a sharing opportunity.
