He/She will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to identify needs that foster the development of talent in Bulgari. He/She will monitor processes and tools including performance management, talent assessment & development programs, leadership & soft skills learning programs, engagement & wellbeing projects.

Support in designing and managing leadership and talent development programs # Run assessment/development centers such as: web assessment, role playing, tests & questionnaires, interviews, leadership, and individual development programs # Manage,



consolidate and analyze exit interviews & surveys # Ensure data coverage and data quality of the talent management system # Develop audits to identify training needs and targeted training programs # Schedule and organize training events and sessions (date, place, equipment, catering, invitations, materials, etc.).
