We're looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hardware development of High Voltage Battery Management Systems (HV BMS), including schematic design, circuit simulation, validation, testing, technical documentation, and close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams. What You'll Be Doing
- Performing development tasks based on existing hardware specifications and architectures
- Creating/updating and validating(worst case calculation & simulation) circuit diagrams
- Writing test specifications and performing hardware electrical test on development samples
- Performing process documentation(planning, module docu., layout requirements, FMEA)
- Support technical knowledge sharing and provide guidance to less experienced engineers when required.
What You'll Bring Along
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HW development
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital hardware design for automotive applications.
- Experience with High Voltage Battery Management Systems (HV BMS) and Li-Ion battery technologies.
- Good understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) requirements and their implementation in hardware development.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI design principles and hardware robustness requirements.
- Experience in hardware reliability analysis and FMEA.
- Familiarity with electrical simulation tools such as LTspice, PSpice, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in an international environmen
