Role Description The Freelance Video & Photo Producer works alongside ZICG's consulting and marketing teams to translate clients' international growth initiatives into visual content — for digital campaigns, corporate communications, and high-stakes presentations. Fully remote — work from anywhere — and contract-based, the role owns production end to end.

Core responsibilities:

— Plan and direct photo and video shoots: shot lists, storyboards, on-set execution

— Manage full post-production workflows and deliver assets optimized for web and social channels

— Coordinate schedules and deliverables with internal stakeholders across concurrent projects

— Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials





— Ensure content adheres to client guidelines and, where applicable, regional regulations

Occasional travel may be required for on-site shoots.

Qualifications

— Full-cycle video production: planning, shooting, and post for digital and corporate content

— Photography and retouching: session planning, subject direction, professional-grade finishing

— Command of industry-standard tools — Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom (or equivalent)

— Project management across multiple clients and deliverables

— Prior experience in commercial, corporate, or agency settings — international or multicultural contexts strongly preferred

— Strong visual storytelling and fluency in social/digital marketing formats

— Fully autonomous in a remote, contract setting — work from anywhere

— Fluent English required; Italian and/or French a strong plus

— Portfolio required; formal education in Media, Film, Photography, or Design is an asset, not a prerequisite
