Sentiment Exchange Research Center is seeking a Founding Dean of Research to join its leadership team and help build an international interdisciplinary research center dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Emotional Economics, Ethics, and Emerging Technologies.

About the Position

This is an initially volunteer leadership position during the early development of the Research Center. The position is intended to become paid, subject to the Center securing external funding through research grants, institutional partnerships, sponsored projects, or other funding opportunities.

The Dean of Research will work in close collaboration with the Director to shape the scientific vision and international development of the Center.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director in defining and implementing the Center's scientific strategy.

Coordinate and promote interdisciplinary research activities.

Establish partnerships with universities, research institutes, and international organizations.

Support the recruitment of researchers, including economists and experts from relevant disciplines, in collaboration with the Director.

Lead the development and submission of research grant applications and collaborative research projects, in coordination with the Director.

Expand the Center's international network of researchers and academic collaborators.

Promote scientific publications, conferences, workshops,



and innovation initiatives.

Contribute to the development of future technology transfer and university collaboration initiatives.

Requirements

Academic or research experience in a relevant field.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent command of both English and Italian.

Experience in developing collaborations with universities or research organizations is highly desirable.

A PhD or equivalent research experience is considered an advantage.
