As a Vice President within an Italian branch of a European CIB bank, you will lead the FCC program to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and Group requirements. You will develop and implement an effective compliance framework focusing on AML/CTF, sanctions, and ABC while partnering with local and HQ teams. You will apply a risk-based approach to guide decision‐making, onboarding, and transaction reviews.

especially onboarding and transactions review and validate policies and procedures and enforce them assess and enhance organizational measures to mitigate FCC risk coordinate FCC activities across the organization and 1st Line of Defense provide regular FCC reporting to HQ and local management inform the FCC department promptly on compliance issues share best practices across the Bank and with Group Compliance & FCC deliver training sessions to employees support the Local Chief Compliance Officer in product/service adequacy assessments and regulatory reporting university level degree or comparable second level master's in Compliance or related fields would be a plus at least 7 years of experience

Italian mother tongue and fluent in English track record in Compliance or Internal Audit or consultancy deep knowledge of European and Italian banking law and AML/CTF, sanctions, AB&C; knowledge of GDPR, anti-usury and transparency regulations a plus; MiFID experience advantageous
