We are looking for an Events & Sponsorship Specialist to join our CX & Brand Marketing Department on a fixed-term maternity cover contract . Reporting to the Brand Experience Manager , you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and sponsorship activities, helping deliver engaging brand experiences aligned with Kia's strategic objectives.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, external agencies, partners, and suppliers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play an active role in designing and executing initiatives that strengthen Kia's brand presence and enhance customer engagement. Drive outstanding events Support the planning and execution of national and local brand events.

Ensure flawless event delivery from concept to on-site execution. Maintain high standards of quality, customer experience and brand consistency. Support the management of sponsorships, ambassadors and strategic partnerships.





Create memorable customer experiences Contribute to the development of innovative and engaging brand experiences. Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other business functions to deliver impactful initiatives. Adapt experiences to different audiences, objectives and business priorities.

Support budget planning and cost control activities. University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Events, Sponsorship, Brand Experience, Experiential Marketing or similar roles.

Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent

Italian and English, both written and spoken.
