Director of Pharmacy – Dr. Max Randstad Healthcare, a specialized division in health sector recruitment, has partnered with Dr. Max, a leading pharmacy chain operating across Europe and Italy, to fill the role of Director of Pharmacy .

Location: Albino (BG) – Tempo pieno

Contract: CCNL Farmacie Private (unlimited term) – Annual Salary: €40,000–48,000

Responsibilities

- Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the pharmacy.
- Planning and scheduling of staff shifts and corresponding system entries.
- Direct reporting to the Area Manager.
- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Providing professional pharmaceutical advice during sales.
- Cash register operations.
- Ordering and procurement of medicinal products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.




- Registered in the relevant professional register and authorized to practice.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Team‑orientated attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
