About the role You will serve as the primary creative driver for Canva's marketing efforts in Italy, blending data insights with cultural storytelling to accelerate user growth.

Key facts Location: Milan, Italy Engagement: Contract Team: Europe Marketing Group What you'll do Manage the end-to-end creative lifecycle including research, briefing, production, and performance analysis. Utilize performance data to identify successful creative patterns and design experiments such as lift studies and attribution tests. Develop creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube tailored to the Italian audience.

Oversee user-generated content and localization efforts to ensure brand alignment and cultural relevance. Coordinate with internal teams, including media buyers and data scientists, alongside external agency partners.



Contribute to conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve user acquisition journeys.

Requirements Extensive background in growth marketing with a specific focus on creative strategy for paid and organic social media. Deep understanding of platform-native content formats and testing frameworks. Proficiency in using performance dashboards and measurement tools, including attribution and marketing mix modeling.

Native or professional fluency in both Italian and English. Proven ability to manage creative briefing and iteration within cross-functional sprint environments. Demonstrated expertise in the Italian market and consumer landscape.
