1. Country Sales Manager – Europe (Italy / Germany / Greece / Romania) | Agri-PV & Solar Mounting Focus

Position Overview

Own full P&L; and end-to-end sales strategy for solar trackers and mounting structures across core European markets（Sungrow Company）: Italy, Germany, Greece and Romania. Focus on utility-scale solar and local Agri-PV opportunities, develop local key accounts and partner channels, and drive sustainable market share and revenue growth in the European high-standard solar market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute localized go-to-market strategies to achieve annual sales and project targets in Italy, Germany, Greece and Romania.

- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with local top-tier EPCs, IPPs, energy investors and key distributors across target European countries.

- Monitor local solar policies, grid codes, certification standards and competitor dynamics, and deliver actionable market insights to HQ.

- Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth project delivery, technical compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Core Requirements & Key Resources

- Market Resource

: Familiar with solar market rules and project operation logic in Italy,



Germany, Greece and Romania; clear insight into local utility-scale and Agri-PV project development trends.

- Client Resources

: Possess mature local resources of European EPCs, IPP investors and local distributors with stable project channels.

- Industry Capability

: 3–5 years European solar sales experience with proven successful project track records; familiar with EU solar certification and technical compliance requirements.

- Language

:

Fluent English (mandatory)

; proficient in Italian / German / Greek / Romanian is a strong, high-priority premio.

- Work Mode

: Able to travel frequently across core European target countries.
