Responsibilities
Manage the entire payroll process, liaising with HRIS and payroll provider as necessary (e.g. timesheets, payslips checks, personnel cost, TFR management etc.)
Manage the HR operations processes and administrative tasks (e.g. contracts, smart working, medical checks, health and safety trainings, welfare, health insurances, buoni pasto etc.)
Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR and payroll related matters (responding to general inquiries)
Identify ways to continuously improve policies and processes
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. Right to Work checks)
Update all employee records, digital and physical
Maintain and update the personnel database (new hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, maternity leaves, bonuses, salary increases, and other required information) ensuring the reporting and confidentiality of information
Assist in the hiring process and onboarding of new employees (including the preparation of contracts)
Develop and administer health and safety topics, coordinating with the Labour Doctor and RSPP
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian
Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion in internal and external relations
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Solid knowledge of Labor Legislation
Strong problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding solutions
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
Able to work at a fast pace, managing high workloads and meeting tight deadlines
A collaborative team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
