- 3+ years' of sales experience

Further Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage distributors and channel partners across local markets to achieve sales targets .
2. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support,



including product demonstrations, installation guidance, usage training, and troubleshooting for customers .
3. Participate in the medical exhibitions to collect market intelligence, market survey, analyze competition, and explore new business opportunities .
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, hospitals, and healthcare institutions across the region .
5. Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to internal teams, assisting in product localization strategies.
