We’re building an AI productivity SaaS startup, organized as a cooperative (shared ownership based on real contribution).

We’re looking for an additional Founder focused on Technology & Engineering (CTO track).

We do not expect you to build the product, as we have already done so, but we do expect you to be hands-on.

This is a founder role, not a freelance, advisory, or employee position.

Important upfront

- There is no fixed cash compensation at the start
- Cash payment depends entirely on revenue or external funding
- You do not have to contribute any money, other cofounders have contributed enough and already cover expenses, especially product development
- Once revenue or funding comes in, cash is shared among all founders

What you’ll do

- Technology & Architecture (core focus)
- Own the technical vision and architecture of the product
- Guide decisions around AI integration, scalability, and system design
- Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance
- Collaborate closely with product & design to deliver a clean, fast, intuitive UX

Engineering Leadership & Process





- Work with an established full development team in India
- Coordinate with the team rather than replacing them
- Translate product goals into clear technical execution

You

- Solid background in React & Next.js
- Comfortable with AI-driven products (LLMs, AI workflows, integrations)
- Very familiar with project management methodologies
- You want to be a real founder, not a contractor or “CTO-for-hire”

Cooperative & Founder Setup

- Everyone works under the same cooperative founder contract
- Shares are earned based on contribution, not titles
- No special treatment for any one founder
- Ownership, responsibility, and upside are shared
