Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Sustainable Villa projects in alignment with Organo’s values of sustainability, collaboration, and innovation. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise within the real estate/construction domain and a deep interest in sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end execution of Sustainable Villa Projects (from concept to handover).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, PMC teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders for timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Manage site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and adherence to environmental and regulatory standards.
- Develop, monitor, and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Liaise with local authorities for approvals, clearances, and statutory compliance.




- Implement best practices in green building, sustainable materials, water management, renewable energy, and eco-friendly construction methodologies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks across all phases of construction.
- Lead project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
- Foster effective communication across cross-functional teams, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Identify project risks early and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (MBA/PMP certification is an added advantage).
- 10–18 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, preferably with exposure to sustainable or eco-habitat developments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, sustainable materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in PMC coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and design tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Passion for sustainability, regenerative practices, and environmentally responsible development.
