The Role As an AI Workflow Coordinator, you will operate in a fully remote capacity, collaborating with a small team of senior advisors and data specialists. Your primary task is to manage the sequence of AI driven analysis tools that we use to evaluate complex financial datasets.

We do not just run models and hand over the results: we question every output. In this role, you will see how automated systems can either clarify or obscure financial truth,



and you will be responsible for ensuring that the data stays clean and the logic stays sound as we support a large scale engagement for a major Italian financial services group. This position is a permanent, full time role that requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records of our analytical work.

What You Will Be Doing

- Monitoring the daily status of AI model runs to ensure data is processing correctly and identifying any stalled workflows.
- Comparing automated outputs against manual financial benchmarks to spot inconsistencies or logical errors in the data.
- Organizing and cleaning large sets of transaction data from a major Italian financial services client to prepare them for ingestion by our analysis tools.
- Updating project tracking logs to reflect the progress of different analytical workstreams for senior firm leadership.
- Assisting in the documentation of the logic used by our AI tools so that our clients understand exactly how we reached our conclusions.
- Coordinating with technical staff to resolve minor script errors or data formatting issues that interrupt the flow of information.
- Participating in internal reviews where we poke holes in our own assumptions and the assumptions of the models we use.
- Maintaining the integrity of our remote filing systems to ensure all financial evidence is easily accessible for audit purposes.
- Reporting on the performance of specific AI scripts to help the team identify areas where manual intervention is needed.

What You Bring

- A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field that requires comfort with numbers and logic.
- Basic familiarity with how automated tools and AI models handle data, though you do not need to be a software developer.




- High proficiency in Excel, including the ability to organize tables, use basic formulas, and spot outliers in data sets.
- An investigative mindset that naturally questions why a number looks high or low rather than just accepting it as correct.
- Strong written communication skills for documenting technical processes in plain, non technical English.
- The ability to manage your own schedule and stay productive in a fully remote work environment without constant oversight.
- A background of academic or personal projects that involve data organization or logical problem solving.
- Willingness to learn the specific commercial principles Blue Oak uses to evaluate capital allocation and acquisition targets.
