Learning is continuous and practical: curiosity and experimentation are part of the job. {What you'll do} Develop and maintain coherent visual identities across projects and brands Lead storytelling and storyboard development for campaigns and content Provide creative direction on photo shoots and digital productions Build mood boards, creative briefs and style guides Bring an aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury codes: composition, light, colour, styling Integrate generative AI tools into the creative workflow, from concept to final output Collaborate with creative, marketing and client teams to deliver on tight briefs without compromising quality {Who you are} Proven experience in art direction, ideally in luxury, fashion or beauty Strong aesthetic sensibility and mastery of composition, light,
