The ideal candidate has extensive hardware experience in the Medical Device industry and will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is remote-based, requiring travel across Europe approximately 70% of the time.
Qualifications include at least 3 years of technical support experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills in both English and Italian.
