We are looking for young professionals with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering to join Flex Design Center in Milan. Typical Day * Work in a multidisciplinary team to develop the mechanical components of medical devices. * Perform feasibility studies and build proof?of?concept prototypes for assessment. * Provide high?quality technical reports supported by simulations and/or lab tests. Qualifications * Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Knowledge of kinematics, mechanisms, and production technology processes. * Competence in CAD tools, preferably CREO or SOLIDWORKS. * Strong communication skills – explaining technical topics. * Fluent in English and Italian. Preferred Experience * Examples of personal projects or designs. * Experience with fast?prototyping technologies.
