Pomilio Blumm, a leading pan-European agency specializing in international public communication, is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as:

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate is an expert in institutional communication and complex project management, with at least 2 years of experience in the field.
The main objective of the role is to plan and coordinate communication campaigns and activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.
You will drive effective, high-impact strategies that meet or exceed client goals while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Lead communication projects of varying complexity and volume;
Leverage industry best practices while integrating client-specific requirements and operational environments;
Coordinate and guide internal teams as well as external vendors (creatives, copywriters, media planners,



developers);
Create, manage, and reconcile project budgets;
Manage timelines, workflows, and contractual negotiations.
Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
Solid, proven background in managing integrated communication projects;
Excellent English skills (B2 level essential);
Academic background in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or Business Management;
Outstanding organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
What we offer:
Contract: Initial fixed-term contract aimed at permanent employment (stabilization);;
Flexibility: 1 day of remote work per week after the first 6 months of employment;
Salary (Gross Annual Salary / RAL): €24,000 – €35,000, commensurate with actual experience.
