Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for an HSE Specialist/ASPP to join our Brescia office.
The person will be responsible for the following activities: Supports the site HSE manager in analyzing and evaluating Health and Safety Risks in the Workplace, identifies environmental aspects and manages them, and drafts the relevant documents.
Analyzes the ergonomics of workstations and the machine/operator interface.
Supports the management of environmental, health and safety authorizations, maintaining compliance and ensuring the planning of necessary interventions for the maintenance of authorizations, also in relation to organizational, production and layout changes.
Manages the site's HSE aspects, to ensure the monitoring of HSE processes and performance.
Supports the safe management of work and contract agreements.
Supports the site in applying HSE governance standards and disseminating best practices.
Manages the disposal of waste produced, chemical products, emissions, water, soil and subsoil.
Manages the maintenance of HSE compliance, ensuring the adoption of the certified management system according to ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards.
Monitors KPIs to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the HSE Management System, in line with company guidelines.
Prepares the required HSE documentation.
Supports the management of HSE investments and costs, with the aim of improving environmental and workplace safety performance, in collaboration with the HSE Project Preference for HSE Manager certifications according to UNI*****, NEBOSH or a course on accident investigation (Root Cause Analysis -RCA, TAP - Root) or specialization in ergonomics.
Required Experience Level: Junior Technical Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations with specific reference to the mechanical sector; Emergency management, management of environmental issues (waste, remediation); Ergonomic evaluation of workstations; Knowledge of ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards; Knowledge of Legislative Decree ***** and Legislative Decree ******.

How does the selection process work?
