As a
Junior Automation&Electrification; Specialist
you will join our Automation&Electrification; Business Unit.
You will be based in our headquarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).
Your team's activities will include:
Business Strategy:
Develop appropriate business models, define product positioning, and transfer the defined strategy to the direct and indirect sales network to achieve targets.
Market Development
: Analyze the competition, identify new business opportunities, and gather information directly from customers to support the proposal of innovative solutions.
Product Management
: Take responsibility for the products in your Business Area, interacting with the Headquarter and supporting the sales force.
Marketing & Performance:
Plan strategic marketing activities and constantly monitor KPIs and the opportunity pipeline to ensure the success of your initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
: Degree in Engineering
You are a

You possess




analytical
skills, a capacity for strategic vision, and a strong customer focus.
In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € ****** – € ****** for a 40-hour work week.
