In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise advanced food processing equipment, ensuring maximum performance and reliability for our customers.

/p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liCarry out installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites across Italy and EMEA /li liTroubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on advanced processing equipment /li liPerform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise equipment uptime and operational efficiency /li liSupport customers with operational, maintenance, and technical guidance /li liDeliver training to operators and maintenance teams on equipment operation and best practices /li liPrepare accurate service reports, technical documentation, and follow-up recommendations /li liIdentify spare parts requirements and recommend upgrades or improvements where appropriate /li liCollaborate with internal engineering, technical support, and project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery /li liSupport larger installation and upgrade projects across the EMEA region when required /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are a hands-on and solution-oriented engineer who enjoys travelling, solving technical challenges, and building strong customer relationships.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working independently while remaining closely connected to a wider international team.
