/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pAs an Associate with Hines, you will: /p ul liFull ownership from financial, accounting and tax perspective of current and future entities/vehicles in relation to investment properties managed by the deal team; /li liEnsuring day-to-day finance tasks are undertaken in an accurate and efficient manner, specifically: ul liOversight (in conjunction with London and Luxembourg based Hines team and Italian Finance Managers) of external administrators and financial reporting function in relation to investment properties managed by the deal team; /li liWhere required implementation of procedures to improve processes with external administrator /li liQuarterly and annual reports and financial statements.
/li liOversight of forecast and periodic variance review /li liAnnual audited financial statements ? entity (including feeder vehicles) – including management of auditors; /li liCapital statements, capital call notices and distribution notices to investors; /li liCo?investor reporting /li liHines standard reporting /li liCash management ? entity (including feeder vehicles)
accounting; /li liOversight of corporate platform for approval and disposition payments /li liTax compliance ? local jurisdiction ? including management of external tax advisers; /li liOversight of administrators on certain compliance matters (KYC / AML etc.); /li liOversight of administrators periodically NAV calculation; /li liOverview of existing facility agreement of investment vehicles, ensuring the respect of obligations arising of such agreements; /li liNegotiation of waivers, refinancing, amendments to the financing agreements; /li /ul /li liYou will also be involved in new acquisition process from finance, tax and regulatory perspective, by supporting the finance manager in: ul liCheck of finance, tax and corporate assumptions in the Underwriting BP /li liReview of tax structure memorandum concerning new acquisition /li liNegotiation of TS and financing agreement with financing banks /li liSet up of the investment structure (REIF or SPV) and negotiation of constitutional documents /li liCoordination of KYC and compliance procedures /li liCoordination of capital call and flow of funds /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum a bachelor's degree in business with a specialist in accountancy /li liFurther demonstration of accounting qualifications and basic tax understanding /li liGreat Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to lead internal projects and processes as well as external advisors /li liHighly structured and organized.
