Description
Your Responsibilities
- Technical consulting and support for our OEM and end customers from dairies, breweries, and beverage production
- Identifying and developing tailor-made customer solutions
- Active sales in a territory with many existing customers and strong growth potential
- Collecting customer feedback (VOC – Voice of Customer) to continuously expand our customer understanding and generate impulses for product development
- Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
- Tracking and successfully winning customer projects
- Your Profile
- Experience in food production and sales is desirable
- Strong passion for sales and an open mindset for modern sales approaches
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and fluent Italian and English negotiation skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Sales territory is Italy
