What you'll do
- Own and continuously improve Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and File Services
- Provide expert 2nd and 3rd line technical support and participate in an agreed on-call rotation




- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex collaboration, authentication, identity, mail flow, and file service issues
- Manage configuration, administration, upgrades, testing, deployments, and service changes across the M365 environment
- Translate security requirements into practical solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, least-privilege access, retention, data protection, sharing policies, and auditing
- Drive service reliability, resilience, compliance, automation, and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Azure DevOps pipelines to automate administration, reporting, and operational tasks
- Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT, business teams, and external vendors to deliver secure and scalable collaboration services
- Support audits, access reviews, compliance activities, and risk remediation initiatives
- Create and maintain high-quality
