pWe are looking for an strongEnvironment, Health, Safety Security (EHSS) Specialist /strong, qualified to act as strongRSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) /strong, to join our Team. /ppbr / /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for promoting a strong health, safety, environmental and security culture across the organization while ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, company policies and management system standards. /ppYou will contribute to the continuous improvement of our EHSS management system and support operational activities both at company premises and project sites. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongEHSS Specialist: /strong /pulliPromote a strong EHSS culture across the organization by raising awareness of health, safety and environmental issues and encouraging sustainable and responsible behaviours. /liliCoordinate and maintain the company's EHSS training programme, ensuring mandatory training is planned, delivered and properly recorded in collaboration with external providers where required. /liliIdentify, assess and monitor EHSS risks, implementing preventive and corrective measures to eliminate hazards or reduce risks to an acceptable level. /liliEnsure employees, contractors and subcontractors are provided with and correctly use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), managing its procurement and distribution within the approved budget. /liliSupport the investigation of workplace accidents, near misses and EHSS non-conformities through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence. /liliConduct site visits and inspections in Italy and abroad,



when required, to verify compliance with EHSS regulations and company standards. /liliSupport the Qauality Specialist in reviewing contractor safety documentation (e.G. DUVRI, POS and Safety Plans) and liaise with suppliers, contractors and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance. /liliSupport the preparation of EHSS documentation requested by customers, authorities and other stakeholders. /liliCoordinate the maintenance of company facilities, technical systems, utilities and safety-related infrastructure, working closely with external suppliers. /liliSupport the management of the company vehicle fleet, including vehicle allocation, maintenance and servicing. /liliSupport internal EHSS audits, workplace accident management and ensure the proper segregation and disposal of waste in compliance with environmental regulations. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRSPP Responsibilities /strong /pulliCoordinate and oversee all occupational health and safety prevention and protection activities in accordance with Italian legislation, ensuring continuous improvement of the company's Health Safety performance. /liliPrepare, update and maintain the strongRisk Assessment Document (DVR – Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi).



/strong /liliDevelop and implement occupational health and safety information and training programmes tailored to company operations. /liliAdvise management on health and safety compliance and preventive measures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company objectives. /liliCooperate with the Employer, Occupational Physician, Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS) and all relevant stakeholders in implementing the company's health and safety management system. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Prevention Techniques in Working and Living Environments, or a related discipline. /liliQualification as strongRSPP /strong, including completion of strongModule C /strong, in accordance with the Italian State-Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016. /liliQualification as a Health Safety Trainer in accordance with the Italian Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013. /liliAt least 2 years of experience in a similar EHSS/HSE role. /liliGood knowledge of Italian occupational health safety legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008) and environmental legislation (Legislative Decree 152/2006), as subsequently amended. /liliKnowledge of management systems and international standards, including strongISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. /strong /liliGood command of Microsoft Office applications; br / knowledge of EHSS management software is considered an advantage. /liliGood English language skills, both written and spoken. /li /ulpbr / /ppSalary range: € 30.000-€ 37.000 gross per year /ppbr / /p
