About the job
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will drive the successful integration of our restaurant partners by managing the implementation process from initial sale to go-live. Utilizing a consultative approach, you will configure software solutions, coordinate logistics,
and deliver tailored training to set each restaurant up for long-term success. You will collaborate within a global team to optimize the speed, volume, and quality of implementations in a hybrid work environment. By empowering restaurant staff with the right tools and knowledge, you will play a critical role in enhancing their operational efficiency and overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide restaurant partners through the comprehensive onboarding process, tailoring the system configuration to meet specific operational needs.
- Deliver engaging training to key restaurant staff via remote tools, focusing on optimizing their daily operations using our software.
- Manage a dynamic queue of restaurant implementations to reduce time-to-onboarding while ensuring high-quality setup and deployment.
