Commercial Sales Support Specialist (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to join our Milan office on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Working in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office), you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting administrative, commercial, and logistics activities to ensure the efficient management of quotations, orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer claims.
The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and send customer quotations using SAP, while coordinating pricing activities.
- Manage customer orders, including order entry, verification, production follow-up, and customer confirmations.
- Coordinate deliveries by validating delivery dates, communicating with customers, and resolving any delivery issues.
- Process and monitor invoicing,



payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Register, monitor, and manage customer claims, including cost validation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of orders, invoices, and customer correspondence.

Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or associate/bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar commercial or customer service support role.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
