partnering with Country Retail Managers and Store Managers to drive performance through coaching, business reviews, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
/liliDrive the expansion and evolution of the retail network by supporting new store openings, refurbishments, investment plans, and the consistent execution of the Brand's retail standards.
/liliFoster commercial synergies across Retail, Wholesale, and Custom Interiors, developing business opportunities with private clients, architects and designers (AD), General Contractors, Corporate Clients, and Global Accounts.
