The Spa Manager will be responsible for driving revenue performance, developing the spa team, and maintaining a serene and welcoming environment that reflects the Four Seasons commitment to quality and personalization.What you will doMonitor and drive spa revenue through effective treatment, retail, and membership strategies while maximizing profitabilityOversee the daily operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellenceLead, coach, and develop the Spa team, fostering a culture of engagement, professionalism,
