safety and contractual requirements Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle IDEAL CANDIDATE 5+ years' experience managing marine interior, cruise, superyacht or high-end fit-out projects Strong understanding of interior outfitting, refurbishment and shipyard operations Experience delivering projects within xrdztoy budget and to demanding client specifications Excellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and change orders Willingness to travel as required to project sites Fluent English is essential #J-*****-Ljbffr
