Sr Business Analyst-SAP SuccessFactors EC

Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to partner directly with the IT and HR departments within Arthrex. This position works closely with the HR business, HR Business Services Management, and the HRIT team to align HR strategies and organizational goals with scalable HR technology solutions, while helping build and manage a pipeline of projects, enhancements, and process improvements. A successful candidate will have experience eliciting, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements, with demonstrated knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, reporting best practices, and end-to-end HR business processes. The role will support solution design, process optimization, testing, implementation readiness, and adoption of HR technology capabilities across the organization.



The Business Analyst will also liaise with technical teams and vendors to assess feasibility, timing, dependencies, and cost for new initiatives and enhancements. Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree, will be essential for this position.
