For our Italian HQ in bCinisello Balsamo (MI) /b, we are now seeking a Jr. Project Engineer to join our fantastic team. /ppThe position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on Thermal Oxidizer division products and relevant technical requirements. /ppResponsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure high quality products are delivered on time, within the assigned budget and satisfying the customer requirements. /ppDuties include coordinating with the various internal and external disciplines, developing and maintaining the procurement and manufacturing schedule, technical and commercial bid evaluations process with sub suppliers, monitoring the assigned budget and handling technical and commercial correspondence as required. /ph3Job Duties /h3ulliReview Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation. /liliConfirm equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplines. /liliCoordinate drafting activities to ensure all required drawings are completed on time. Review customer mark‑ups, clarify the comments and instruct drafting as to disposition. /liliEnsure the costs will be within the assigned budget and manage any change with the customer and the suppliers.



/liliCoordinate the Quality Control Department of customer / job specifications. /liliCoordinate all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job. This includes all internal communications and all correspondence with the Customer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants. /liliCoordinate written advice and commercial resolution with Customer concerning any change to the scope of supply. /liliNotify Accounting Department when billings are to be sent. /liliPerform other related duties as assigned.
