This involves communication via email. /li liHandles administrative workload for cycle counts in the warehouse. /li liEnsures urgent orders are processed in a timely fashion according to internal procedures. /li liHandles stock check requests and escalations. /li liAssists with common administrative work in the warehouse. /li liChecks the outbound orders via the SAP system and ensures they’re posted accordingly. /li liBooks shipments with our associated forwarders like TNT, DHL, UPS, DB Schenker, BF Logistics and Bomi Group. /li liHandles communication with truck drivers looking to load/unload goods into the warehouse according to internal procedures. /li liHandles any SAP related issues occurring with picking lists and delivery notes. /li liHandles communication with responsible departments regarding required shipping documents like Commercial Invoices.



/li liPlaces orders to our local warehouse suppliers. /li liHandled internal stock transfers in SAP. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liPreferably 5 years of experience in a similar position. /li liExperience in the medical devices sector is a major plus. /li liNative/ Fluent in Italian and very good knowledge of English is required. /li liSAP knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. /li liA good telephone manner and communication skills. /li liSound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. /li liMulti-tasking. /li liWell organized and able to function independently with limited supervision. /li liGood interpersonal skills. /li liHigh level of accuracy and efficiency. /li liHave a sense of urgency when handling issues. /liliCompany oriented with excellent professionalism. /li liAble to perform under pressure. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pReady to take your career to the next level?
