YOUR ROLE As a Financial Advisor within a Post Office, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and other professionals, gaining in-depth knowledge of Poste Italiane's products and services while carrying out activities such as:
Promoting and selling financial, insurance and investment products and services in compliance with applicable regulations, operational procedures, administrative requirements and quality standards;
Building strong customer relationships through active listening and by addressing clients’ needs effectively;
Managing and developing your client portfolio through the planning and organisation of commercial activities;
Continuously enhancing your professional knowledge and skills.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking graduates or undergraduate students (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with an interest in financial markets, insurance and investments, who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and are results-oriented.
The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:
A degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Law or related fields;
Knowledge of financial markets and financial, insurance and investment products and services;
Knowledge of the regulations governing investment advisory services (MiFID II Directive)



and/or insurance distribution activities (IDD Directive).
Successful candidates will participate in a dedicated training and development programme designed to build key professional skills through on-the-job coaching, targeted mentoring and specialised training on processes, procedures and products.

WHAT WE OFFER We offer a Professional Apprenticeship Contract with an annual gross salary aligned with the entry-level compensation provided under the Poste Italiane National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), corresponding to Grade C .
