/p h3?? Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and grow a portfolio of clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and building long?term relationships.
/li liDevelop sales strategies to meet (and exceed) established targets.
/li liIdentify new business opportunities through networking and turn them into strategic partnerships.
/li liLead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closing.
/li liPresent products and solutions to potential clients and partners.
/li liNegotiate agreements and ensure client/partner needs are met,



while maintaining the company's reputation.
/li liKeep sales databases up to date and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
/li /ul h3?? What We Value /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
/li li+4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech or SaaS products.
/li liExperience managing client/partner relationships and closing commercial deals, particularly in the EMEA region.
/li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
/li liA proactive mindset to seek new opportunities and generate value in every interaction.
