Agilité is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join its Milan team, delivering high‑end commercial interiors and fit‑out projects across Italy and wider Europe. This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre‑construction through to handover.

The Project Manager will represent Agilité on site and with clients, taking ownership of technical, financial, contractual, safety and delivery performance. The role requires a confident, resilient professional with deep construction knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects in demanding, international environments.

This role is well suited to an organised, methodical, and self-driven professional who is comfortable working independently within a collaborative project environment.

Reporting directly to the Country Head, the Project Manager is fully accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of project objectives.

Agilité is a pan-European commercial interiors and fit‑out specialist, operating as a general contractor across multiple European markets. We deliver office, retail and hospitality projects for international clients, combining strong local delivery with centrally coordinated expertise.

Known for our resourceful problem‑solving approach, Agilité works collaboratively with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to deliver sustainable, high‑quality projects that meet exacting operational and commercial standards.

With 86 full‑time employees across France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and the United Kingdom, our international team supports turnkey projects for brands expanding, relocating or improving their spaces across the continent.

Agilité is fully devoted to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our customers and users. We love to see our employees thrive in an atmosphere of togetherness; we therefore aim to continue to build a diverse workforce and foster different perspectives and unique ways of thinking; regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lifestyle, age, educational background, national origin, religion or physical ability.

Join one of Europe’s leaders in refurbishment and the creation of unique spaces. Agilité breathes new life into spaces for world‑leading brands, and it’s the people behind the projects, and the processes underpinning the people which make us different – that, and our B Corp certification.
