Functional key contact in the assigned area, responsible for conducting negotiations with internal partners ( in particular Development VP and Director ) on each project and feasibility analysis. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInternal presentation of the projects for the approval and definition of the next steps; /li liPrioritization of projects based on the strategy defined by the VP Development according to the strategic expansion plan; /li liAccording to the negotiation policy established for each project: (i) direct management of negotiations with the owners, until their closure and/or (ii) support to the negotiations conducted by the Development Director; - Preparation of the necessary documentation for the approval of projects; - Creation of a strong network of contacts in the assigned area to enhance growth in the area according to expansion map; /li liConstant analysis of the assigned area market to identify potential growth markets and enhance brand growth based on the strategic growth plan.



/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 year of experience in the same position or similar role mainly focused on negotiation processes, coming from a multinational environment, preferably in hotels, agencies, TTOO, or real estate agencies or consultants specialized in the hotel market. /li liExperience in locations with access to the network of contacts and owners, investors or hotel operators. /li liStrong decision making, selling, interpersonal skills, ability to organize are needed requirements for this profile. /li liGraduation in Economy, Tourism, Law are preferred. /li liFluency in Italian and English is mandatory. /li liThe position is based in Milan but the candidate must be available to travel 4 or 5 days per month. /li /ul pThe position can be classified at level A2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level A2: € 2.348,11 gross monthly). /p pThe initial Gross Annual Salary is between € 60.000,00. /p pFurther information on framing, economic treatment, any reward systems, welfare and company benefits will be provided during the selection process. /p pAt Meliá Hotels International, we are committed tob equal opportunities between women and men /bin the workplace, with the commitment of management and the principles contained in Human Resources policies.
