About the role
A senior professional with a strong engineering background and proven experience in managing complex hardware products, responsible for building and structuring the company's Product Management function.

Requirements

Establishment of the Product Management function from the ground up.

Management and development of complex hardware products.

Ability to integrate customer needs, technical feasibility,



and financial sustainability.

Coordination of commercial, production, and organisational perspectives.

Ability to balance market requirements with the company's technical and operational capabilities.

Cross-functional collaboration with the CEO, C-level executives, and key business functions.

Ability to identify strategic priorities and define non-negotiable requirements.

Systems thinking.

Ability to foster alignment across the C-suite and different business functions.

Ability to manage trade-offs effectively.

Compensation

Variable Compensation: to be defined based on seniority, performance objectives, and company goals

Equity Package: possibility to participate in the company stock options / equity plan

Salary Flexibility: compensation may be adjusted for highly experienced professionals with a proven track record, significant international experience, or demonstrated leadership in product management within complex technological environments.
