What your new challenge will look like
You will be hired as a Coordinator Operations for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of transportation coordination and processing. In particular, this will include the following tasks:
- Coordinate work for a team of Specialists performing daily exception handling for up to 3 plants
- Represent quality gate of correct prioritization, appropriate communication and application of standards in exception handling
- Support the team to achieve the results in their daily work
- 1st level of escalation for customer matters
- Process documentation, weekly status calls, comments on exceptions preparation, reporting,
building a strong connection to customer & stakeholders, knowledge share within the team & outside, support of side projects, possible hyper care follow-ups of special setups
- Close collaboration with your supervisor

- You have 2+ years within Execution environment and in-depth knowledge
- You show leadership potential and passion for team work
- You show us the ability to balance and correctly prioritize responsibilities of daily business, weekly coordinator tasks, 1st level of escalation & being the point of contact within the team for any process clarification
- You demonstrate high sense of responsibility and ability to remain focused under pressure
- You have fast perception, system orientation, preferably with awareness of key user role & responsibilities
- You have strong communication skills in English and Italian
