The Patch Management Process Owner is accountable for the end-to-end governance and execution of the patch The team UW.Excellence is an international software development team working in an agile Mode, using elements both of Scrum and KANBAN. We have the end-to-end responsibility for a web-based application running on an AWS cloud at Allianz Germany.
Our tasks are further developing the application as well as maintenance, user support and managing our technical infrastructure and deployments. We are currently working in two cross-functional Sub-Teams, fully stuffed with BAs and developers who can refine and implement any backlog item.
Each team has its focus on particular features and workflows of the app. Nevertheless, we highlight cross team collaboration.
What you do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and expand modern, maintainable Angular frontends connected to backend services.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, refactoring, and pull requests.
- Participate in workshops to clarify business requirements with users and stakeholders early and translate them into technical requirements.
- Support the PO and Business Analysts in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Own E2E implementation of features including architectural design and alignment with the team.
